gnarly bay was tapped to film season 2 of Hubspot’s original series “Spiraling Up”. This series followed ground-breaking CEO’s in their quest for unicorn status - a billion-dollar valuation.
Our unique creative approach was built around a desire to capture the shared experiences of our characters. On their own, their journies are compelling, but intertwined, their lives take on greater meaning - finding resonant value as they dream, struggle, and work towards a common goal. During this journey, they unearth themes and experiences greater than valuation could ever calculate.
Through our human-storytelling lens, and with the help of award-winning director Andrew Morgan, we set out across the country to capture these stories.
