L.L.Bean Spring / Summer campaign

We were thrilled when L.L.Bean hired gnarly bay to produce their Spring and Summer 2020 campaign. The creative paired closeup product shots with engaging outdoor lifestyle moments to show the legendary brand as a part of our daily lives. We had five days to film eleven moments and a variety of macro product shots. This was a huge challenge logistically, not to mention that we needed to film summer scenes in January.


The shoot was extremely fast-paced. We had to find activities and locations that were simple, yet allowed our talent to get lost in the beauty of their surroundings, engage with one another, and enjoy. Our team worked together beautifully, and we’re really proud of the results.
