Through this campaign, we sought genuine, authentic, and empathy-filled moments that connect the act of home buying to something harder to describe - the heart. For us, buying a home is a lot more than just a number.
Our blend of user testimonials and day-in-the-life b-roll captured intimate moments with each user and dug deeper into the fears, longing, and excitement, associated with the home-buying process. For both teams, impact stats and product headlines weren’t enough to make this campaign meaningful. We needed a story - the little bursts of lightning that have always defined our work.

MEET THE DIRECTOR
Tahria Sheather is a Primetime Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker based in Portland, Oregon. Hailing originally from Sydney, Australia, she has worked in some of the most challenging locations around the world. Tahria has produced and directed documentaries and branded films on five continents for The New York Times, National Geographic, Facebook, Columbia Sportswear, SeaLegacy, and Chaco Footwear.
Her films have received recognition at Sundance Film Festival, HotDocs, Tribeca Film Festival, and Mountainfilm. She is a Sundance Institute Fellow and a member of the Documentary Producers Alliance. When she’s not making films you can find her adventuring in the water, mountains, desert, or woods.
